So what actually happens in a Core Process session?

Your session starts with you telling stories about times in your life when you just felt alive and alight, everything was going incredibly well, like you were simply winning at life!

That in itself is incredibly valuable, we don't get enough time in our busy lives to remember quite how brilliant we can be!

Then we tease out a list of words, things that were happening at one of those times. We end up with a list of verbs (things you were doing) and one of nouns (things you were doing it to, with or for). And the the fun really starts ...

I'm not going to attempt to explain the next bit, the actual process of arriving at your Core Process. It's something you can only really experience.

Just know that it's a gentle yet exhilarating exercise, that might sometimes feel like quite hard work, but at the end I can guarantee you'll feel completely re-energised about your work, and ready to take your Core Process out into the world with joy and passion.
