Instructions:
 
To access by phone, at the scheduled date and time of the meeting dial into the conference line and when prompted enter the Meeting ID followed by the pound key.

To join to the online meeting click on the provided meeting link listed above and press the “Get StartMeeting” button (if you have used StartMeeting before, this may say “Launch StartMeeting)

On the next page fill out your name and email. Once filled in, click Submit (sometimes the window you need to fill in opens behind the main window, so if you don’t see it, check there).

When you reach the meeting page, click on the drop-down arrow at the top of the screen, then on Meeting Info (i), then select “Desktop App”.  Download and then run the file, and you should get the meeting control panel (usually opens at the top right of your screen – you may need to click on the little arrow to expand it).

IMPORTANT: once StartMeeting opens, you will need to click on the telephone icon in the control panel to join the audio - the button should go red.
