Core Process is a very powerful approach to finding that out, helping you to understand what it is you’re doing whenever you are at your very best, completely in your 'flow'
Like all truly powerful self-discovery, Core Process is something you do yourself – with the facilitator encouraging and guiding you through the steps. Your Core Process is made up of two words – something you’re doing and the thing you’re doing it to, with or for.
We get to it by exploring stories of times in your life when you were truly “alive and alight” in the world – totally in your flow, experiencing complete joyfulness. From a list of words that describe those delightful experiences, you pick your favourite three or four, and then the magic begins! Connecting to your innate genius, you tease out the perfect phrase to express the essence of you at your very best.
It’s very rarely what you expect it to be, so be prepared to be surprised!

The wonderful thing about using your Core Process is that not only is it how you give value to the world, it is also how you are energised by the world. When all you do is give, you can quickly feel depleted, like a battery running down if it doesn't get charged back up.
When you get to use your Core Purpose, you can feel your energy levels rising - so all the time that you are serving others by doing that thing you do so well, you are also feeding your own energy, your soul if you like, so you can continue to be your absolute best in the world.
